Shadowboxing hones their fighting technique, conditions their muscles, great for warming up/warming down and even mentally prepares them for the fight ahead.
When done properly, the age-old practice can sharpen your boxing skills whilst improving strength, power, speed, endurance, and footwork in addition to so much more. Aren’t these the main reasons we hit the gym in the first place?
