Around since the late 1800’s, paying homage to a rich Japanese heritage was the key aspect of the project ensuring stringent cultural techniques and processes were followed scrupulously.
The blade itself is laminated Japanese white steel featuring the painstaking tsuchime (hand-hammered) finish. The exquisite engraved branding and emblazoned lettering completes the stylised aesthetic of this age-old instrument forging the culminating pocket knife.
