The latest model for the famous flagship ZS series, Panasonic is soon to release the Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS40 making some serious upgrades by way of functionality and advanced photography such as a control ring and RAW compatibility. The device features an 18.1 megapixel sensor, 1920 x1080 60p full-HD video recording and a powerful 30x optical zoom. Boasting Wi-Fi connectivity, users are also able to connect the digital camera to their smartphones or tablets to use as a secondary monitor that enables manual control and focus peaking.
