Quite strongly resembling a vintage, yet ordinary pack of cigarettes, does it not? Oh no, no my friends, it is so much more than that. Not quite making it to active duty, this Lucky Strike Spy Camera – that’s right, a camera – was designed specifically for the U.S. Signal Corps sometime in the 1950’s. One of only two ever made, this tiny clandestine gadget comes equipped with a f/2.7 17.5mm Sonar-type lens, set behind a four-speed focal plane shutter. While not actually used for its intended purpose, it’s quite cool to think of how this bad boy could have been used in real life situations. Oh the things this camera could have seen.
